Lucky Sol Sailing (“we,” “us,” and “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through luckysolsailing.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send.
• Information collected automatically. We use privacy-first, first-party analytics to understand how the Site is used. This records anonymous, non-identifying data such as pages viewed, the referring website, and an anonymous per-session identifier stored in your browser. It does not include your name or contact details.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide our tours and lessons.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
• To communicate with you about your requests.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that host and power the Site and store submissions for us; with our booking partner, Peek, when you choose to book (your booking is handled on Peek’s platform, subject to Peek’s own terms and privacy policy); and when required by law.

The Site also includes third-party features — a Google Maps embed on our Contact page, and links to Peek (booking) and NauticEd (sailing courses). These third parties have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics use an anonymous identifier stored in your browser’s session storage. You can opt out of analytics by adding ?notrack to any page URL, and you can clear this data by clearing your browser storage.

Data retention

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete them.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
