Bookings and payments

Tour and lesson bookings are made through our third-party booking partner, Peek. When you book, your reservation, payment, cancellations, and refunds are handled on Peek’s platform and are subject to Peek’s terms and the specific terms of the tour or lesson you select. Prices shown on the Site may change and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Sailing activities

Sailing involves inherent risks. Participation in any tour or lesson is subject to the safety instructions of our captains and to any waiver or agreement provided at the time of booking or check-in. Please follow all instructions from our crew.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or misuse it. All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Lucky Sol Sailing or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
